Firecrest were invited to assist Athena in the re-development of their ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System. The system was reviewed and re-designed to enable and better manage their ongoing focus on continual improvement and to help support the strategic aims of the business.
We continue to provide ongoing support to Athena through conducting quarterly internal audit visits and facilitating management review meetings as well as helping to prepare for and attending Certification Body assessment visits.

Having been instrumental in the development and implementation of Mapeley’s ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified Management Systems, Firecrest are now retained to provide ongoing support through delivery of a robust internal audit programme which covers office activities and site based audits. The ongoing support also includes facilitating the annual management review exercise as well as attending Certification Body audits.
Maintenance of the ISO 14001 certified Environmental Management System includes advising the Company on changes to legislation as well as carrying out and annual evaluation of compliance assessment.
